Music Across Canada - August 2nd

This was a great weekend for festival lovers in Canada!

SappyFest in Sackville, NB featured Canadian gold all weekend, but the highlight came on the first night with a surprise concert from music giants Arcade Fire. The group was announced with the name 'Shark Attack' and after a intro consisting of the ominous Jaws theme Arcade Fire burst onto the stage to play 45 minutes of music.

Drake hosted his 2nd annual OvO Festival in Toronto on Sunday. The night was filled with some of hip hop's finest. Some of the night's highlights included Lil Wayne, Nas, and legend Stevie Wonder!

Festival lovers in Montreal had a busy weekend as well at Osheaga. The line up saw many Canadian stars such as Broken Social Scene, The Tragically Hip, Timber Timbre, and The Sheepdogs.

@FSU_Bobbyisms was there to snap this awesome photo of Lights!

Did you attend a great concert we haven't mentioned? What shows are you looking forward to next weekend?
